Day 18

The tailbone is feeling slightly better today; it's hurting less. Cardio Recovery was again a relaxing experience after all of that intense cardio, but my one pet peeve is my utter inability to hold my squats/lunges for more than 5 seconds at that point in the video. Well-rested, I might be able to get in about 10, and I'd simply collapse out of sheer pain. No matter how hard I pushed myself, I just couldn't do it. I can (barely) keep up with most of the cardio, but this is a whole different ballgame.
